Location: Sheffield
Budget: £20,000
Client: Pennine Housing 2000
Role: Lead Artist
As part of a larger regeneration scheme in the area, we were commissioned to lead the consultation and creation of a a series of artworks across three neighbouring new parks. We wanted to frame the views towards the tutor castle that could be seen from this park and so created two large steel frames. One as an entrance way and the other more sculptural. A local resident had written a poem describing how the area had changed over the decades and these words were water cut into the frame.
